Terms of service

VEDDIE – Terms of Use and Sale

Last updated: 5 August 2026

These Terms of Use and Sale (the “Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and VEDDIE MORE YEARS TOGETHER SINGLE MEMBER PRIVATE COMPANY (“VEDDIE”, “we”, “us” or “our”). They govern access to and use of the VEDDIE online store, one-time purchases and recurring subscription orders (together, the “Services”).

By accessing the Services or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any mandatory rights that you have under applicable consumer law.

1. Scope and related policies

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference where relevant.

Specific terms presented for a product, subscription plan or promotion form part of the agreement for that transaction. If a specific term conflicts with these general Terms, the specific term applies only to the relevant product, plan or promotion. Mandatory consumer law always prevails.

2. Eligibility and sales territory

You may place an order only if you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If you place an order for another person, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and that the recipient accepts the relevant product and delivery conditions.

At launch, the online store accepts orders for delivery only within Greece. Products offered through the online store are intended for personal and household use, not for unauthorised resale or commercial redistribution.

3. Website and product information

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, availability and other information are accurate and current. Product images are illustrative. Colours may appear differently depending on the screen or device used, while packaging may vary between production batches or as a result of lawful packaging updates.

We may correct typographical, technical or pricing errors and update site content. If a material error affects an order already placed, we will contact you and offer an appropriate solution, including cancellation and a full refund where the order cannot be fulfilled as agreed.

4. Product nature, directions and precautions

VEDDIE products are complementary feed for adult dogs. They are not medicinal products, do not replace veterinary diagnosis or treatment and are not intended to treat or prevent disease. Individual results may vary according to the dog’s health, age, diet, activity and consistent use.

You must follow the product label, including the recommended daily quantity and the following precautions:

  • Store the product in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and children.
  • Reseal the package after opening and consume the product within 12 weeks.
  • Do not exceed the recommended daily quantity.
  • Consult a veterinarian, particularly for pregnant or lactating animals, dogs with kidney or liver disease, dogs receiving medication, or where any medical concern exists.
  • Stop use and seek veterinary advice if an adverse or unexpected reaction occurs.
  • The product is intended only for dogs and must not be consumed by humans.

Information provided on the site is educational and does not constitute veterinary or medical advice. In an emergency or where a dog is unwell, contact a veterinarian promptly.

5. Customer information

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate contact, billing and delivery information when placing an order.

6. Orders and formation of the contract

Before submitting an order, you can review and correct the products, quantities, delivery information, price, discounts and shipping charges displayed at checkout. By activating the final checkout control, you place an order with an obligation to pay.

Payment is charged immediately after checkout completion. A purchase contract is formed when we send the order confirmation following successful payment. An automated acknowledgement that does not confirm successful payment or acceptance does not by itself create a contract.

We may decline or cancel an order for reasonable grounds, including lack of stock, inability to deliver, an obvious pricing or technical error, suspected fraud or misuse, breach of these Terms, or quantities inconsistent with normal consumer use. If payment has already been collected for an order that we cannot accept, we will refund it without undue delay.

7. Prices, VAT and payment

All prices are displayed in euros and include applicable VAT. Any shipping charge and the final total payable are shown before checkout completion. For one-time orders, shipping is free above the threshold stated in the Shipping Policy; otherwise the displayed shipping charge applies.

Available payment methods may include supported cards and digital wallets displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by authorised payment providers. VEDDIE does not store or have access to your full card number or security code.

Price changes do not affect a one-time order already accepted. Changes affecting future subscription charges are governed by section 8 below.

8. Product subscriptions

A product subscription creates recurring orders at the ordering interval selected by you. The interval is an order frequency, not a guaranteed delivery date. Each recurring order is prepared and delivered in accordance with the Shipping Policy.

Product Standard subscription discount Recurring order options available at publication
180 g 15% Every 25 days (ideal for dogs over 40 kg); every 30 days (31–40 kg); every 45 days (21–30 kg); every 60 days (11–20 kg).
90 g 10% Every 30 days (ideal for dogs 11–20 kg); every 45 days (6–10 kg); every 90 days (dogs up to 5 kg).
  • The product, selected interval, subscription discount, recurring total, shipping charge and next scheduled charge date are displayed before the subscription is confirmed.
  • By starting a subscription, you authorise the selected payment method to be charged automatically on each scheduled charge date. Once a scheduled charge is processed, a new order is created.
  • There is no minimum number of recurring orders. You may change, pause or cancel the subscription at any time before the next scheduled charge through the available subscription-management option.
  • A change or cancellation must be completed before the scheduled charge is processed. If the charge has already been processed and a new order created, the change applies to future recurring orders; cancellation of the newly created order is then subject to the general cancellation and Returns and Refunds Policy.
  • Subscription orders are shipped free of charge while the current free-shipping policy for subscriptions remains in effect.
  • If a recurring payment fails, we or our subscription provider may retry the payment, request an updated payment method, pause the subscription or cancel it after reasonable notice.

We may change a future subscription price, discount or other material subscription term. Where required, we will provide reasonable advance notice before the change takes effect. You may cancel before the next affected charge. No change applies retrospectively to an order already accepted.

9. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to eligibility criteria, validity periods, product restrictions, first-purchase conditions, customer or household limits and other specific campaign terms. These specific terms are presented with the relevant offer.

A promotional discount may be combined with a subscription discount or another offer only where this is expressly stated or technically permitted at checkout. Discounts have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and may not be transferred or used fraudulently. We may refuse or reverse a discount obtained through misuse, without affecting mandatory consumer rights.

10. Shipping and delivery

Orders are delivered within Greece through the shipping methods displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times, shipping charges, tracking, delivery-area rules and procedures for delays or failed delivery are described in the Shipping Policy.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in this section limits the statutory rights available to you if delivery is materially delayed or does not take place within the legally applicable period.

11. Order cancellation, withdrawal, returns and refunds

Order cancellation, the statutory right of withdrawal, returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Returns and Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms. That Policy also explains the conditions of VEDDIE’s separate 30-day money-back guarantee.

Nothing in the Returns and Refunds Policy or these Terms excludes or limits any mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to withdrawal, delivery and the legal guarantee of conformity.

12. Legal guarantee and product conformity

Consumers benefit from the mandatory legal guarantee for conformity of goods and the remedies provided by Greek and EU consumer law. These rights apply independently of any commercial guarantee offered by VEDDIE and cannot be waived by these Terms.

If a product is damaged, incorrect, defective or otherwise does not conform to the contract, contact us promptly with the order number and reasonable supporting information. The available remedy will be determined in accordance with the Returns and Refunds Policy and mandatory law.

13. Reviews and user content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content, it must reflect your genuine experience and must not be unlawful, misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, abusive, infringing, promotional spam or harmful to another person’s privacy.

You retain ownership of your content. By submitting it for publication, you grant VEDDIE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, translate and adapt the content as reasonably necessary to operate the review feature and communicate authentic customer feedback. You may request deletion, subject to legal or security retention requirements.

We may moderate or remove content for the reasons above, but we do not remove a genuine review merely because it is negative. Labels such as “verified” are applied only where the review platform has verified the relevant purchase or other stated criterion.

14. Intellectual property

The VEDDIE name, More Years Together, logos, product names, designs, photographs, text, graphics, software and other store content are owned by or licensed to VEDDIE and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use the site only for personal, lawful shopping and information purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, license, scrape or commercially exploit site content without prior written permission, except where expressly permitted by law.

15. Prohibited use

You must not use the Services to:

  • violate applicable law or the rights of another person;
  • submit false, fraudulent or misleading information;
  • interfere with site security, operation or another customer’s use;
  • introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access or circumvent technical controls;
  • impersonate another person, misuse promotions or place orders for unauthorised resale;
  • collect personal data or use automated scraping tools without lawful permission.

16. Third-party services and links

The Services rely on third-party providers supporting ecommerce hosting, payment processing, subscriptions, communications, customer reviews, fulfilment and delivery. Certain third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy notices. This does not affect VEDDIE’s obligations to you under the contract or mandatory consumer law.

Links to independent third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not control their content or practices and recommend reviewing their applicable terms before using them.

17. Availability, security and errors

We aim to keep the online store secure and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may perform maintenance, suspend affected functionality, apply security controls or make reasonable changes to the Services.

No online system is completely secure. You should use appropriate device safeguards and contact us if you identify a suspected security issue.

18. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where legally applicable, or mandatory consumer and product-safety obligations.

Subject to the paragraph above, VEDDIE is responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for losses that are not foreseeable, for business losses arising from a consumer purchase, or for outcomes caused by use contrary to the product label or professional veterinary advice, to the extent permitted by law.

19. Events outside our reasonable control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, transport disruption, strikes, public-authority action, widespread network failure or supply interruption. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the impact and keep affected customers informed. Statutory rights relating to prolonged delay or non-delivery remain unaffected.

20. Privacy and cookies

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy. Cookies and similar technologies are governed by our Cookie Policy and the choices available through the cookie-preference mechanism. Marketing consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting transactional communications required for active orders or subscriptions.

21. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, products, technologies, partners or store operations. The updated version and revision date will be published on the site. A one-time order is governed by the Terms accepted when that order is placed.

Material changes affecting an active subscription apply prospectively. Where required, we will provide reasonable notice and the option to cancel before the next affected charge.

22. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or restrict access to the Services or a feature where reasonably necessary to protect customers, investigate fraud or security concerns, comply with law or address a material breach of these Terms. We will act proportionately and, where appropriate, provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Suspension or termination does not affect rights and obligations already accrued, including payment, refund, withdrawal, product-conformity or privacy rights.

23. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms and contracts concluded through the online store are governed by Greek law. This choice does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections available under the law that would otherwise apply. The competent courts are determined by mandatory procedural and consumer-protection rules.

If you have a complaint, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve it. Consumers may also seek out-of-court resolution through the Greek Consumer Ombudsman or another competent alternative-dispute-resolution entity, where applicable.

24. Language

These Terms may be available in Greek and English. In the event of an inconsistency, the Greek version prevails, without limiting any mandatory rights of a consumer who relied on another language version made available by us.
